1. During the summer period, the rental week is Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed upon.

  2. Check in is at 4:00 p.m. and check out is at 10:00 a.m.

  3. A security deposit of $500 is required within 10 days of the booking date to secure your rental.  Upon receipt of the deposit, a letter of confirmation will be forwarded to you.

  4. The rental balance will be due half at 60 days from check-in and half at 30 days from check-in. If the renter cancels between the 60-30 day period before check-in, Seas Today keeps the $500 security deposit only. If the renter cancels within a 30 day window of check-in, Seas Today keeps one half of the full rental fee.

  5. No pets are allowed at the house.  Boarding facilities are available nearby.

  6. Seas Today is a non-smoking property.

  7. There is a $400 cleaning fee for all rentals.
